$5k Sign on Bonus for Full time and $2,500 Sign on Bonus for Part time!

About the Role:
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers. Our clinicians are dedicated to improving the quality of life for our older adult patients, and we are seeking a like-minded professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in counseling theories and techniques, with experience working with older adults or individuals with mental health conditions.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling sessions to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patient-specific needs and goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs and develop treatment plans
Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient interactions and progress
