Join the Cumberland team today – where we offer a career path, not just a job, at a company with an empowering and positive work environment.The primary duties and responsibilities of the Outside Parts Salesperson are to fulfill customer parts needs in the most efficient and accurate manner by:Responding to customer parts or information requests quicklyDevelop business relationships with all customersDevelop game plan for prospecting a designated territoryCommunicating internally with parts department and externally with customersMonitoring the status of customer orders, advising in case of problems and notifying upon arrivalAssisting other Parts Department employees with above tasks as necessaryOrganization and maintenance of the customer accounts, including pricing and application materialsQualificationsThe Outside Parts Salesperson position is a vital member of the Parts Department Team, one who has a direct impact on parts sales and customer satisfaction.
